New World Home, a modern home design company, needed to create a brand image for the startup, both on and offline.
New World Home was an emerging modular design-build company who came to us to create their company’s entire identity. We designed and developed the brand’s image and the online destination to coincide with a 10-page spread that ran in the October 2008 issue of "Country Living" magazine.
The site featured company information, a showcase of homes for sale and provided a customized sign-up form used to gather information from users who are either looking to purchase a home or are interested in creating a business partnership.
We mapped out a detailed tracking matrix and implemented over 300 unique metrics tags using Google Analytics in order to capture the activity of each user. All of this helped serve as an online focus group; we were able to use the data to build the brand’s online presence in the phases to come.
We also created a custom CRM that served as a management tool for the company, allowing them to connect with their users one-on-one. We collaborated with New World Home to find out what information was most relevant to the brand and catered the CRM around each preference. The end result was a customized and scalable online call center that New World Home could use for years to come.
